You know I follow the discussions on here about reloading and a few Fly fishing discussions and I appreciate you folks that can do 'em 'cause I sure can't.

However I could load all your stuff on a pack horse and get you where you need to go. I could memorize a poem and recite it to you.

What are your skills and shortcomings?

I have nunchuck skills but I'm also good with a bowstaff...

I can generally fix things. It may not be pretty but it will be fixed. I swapped out the front bearings, CV axles and U-joints and shocks on my truck last fall. I know I can't rebuild a transmission though.

I also have to ability to make money disappear but items appear on my porch just as frequently

Between growing up on a farm and grandpa being a mechanic for 30+ years, I can fix most anything...eventually. I can usually look at something mechanical and visualize how its supposed to work.

I can't sing, certainly cant dance, I'm disorganized as all heck, a mess doesnt bug me, can't remember anything without a list......

I'm either into something 150% or not into it at all. Hunting, fishing, cars, etc. Dont know if that's good or bad.

Oh and most importantly, I generally shoot pretty straight.:D Unless using a pistol, I cant hit shat with a pistol.

I can fillet and skin a fish in 45 seconds. No bones in the meat, and no meat left on the bones. The fastest I've been timed skinning a whitetail and having the meat in a cooler was 13 minutes.
I can't spell my name, but I can dissect a critter pretty quick!

Woodsmanship,building,ems,nature,rifle shooting,hunting,fishing...I know.
Anything new in electronics and pc's.,working on new vehicles...nadda.....pistols,I can hit the side of a barn....good thing I have a 17 round clip...............and a 30-30.

I can whip up some pretty complicated GAAP financial statements! Fair value measurements, consolidations, other comprehensive income, regulatory assets, ERISA, defined benefit pensions, you name it!

I'm in the same boat when it comes to reloading. It's something I want to understand but don't. I can't dance and in general am socially awkward.

I make maps for a living, so I can do that. Additionally, because of a youthful obsession with philosophy of religion , I am well versed in both historic and contemporary formal arguments for the existence, and non-existence, of God.

I can do a whole bunch of stuff really good, but I can mess up some good stuff really bad, so I just keep trying.

Sounds as if you're writing my biography.

I can build a house and all trades involved from start to finish. Can't work on trucks/cars to save my life.Have learned how to get along with anti's during long plane flights thru Seattle to Ak.

I can regularly hit a 10" steel plate at 55 yards with a Glock 17/19/26. Even a few months shy of 40 I can ride a BMX bike like nobody's business. I'm great at proofreading and fixing other peoples writing but I can't come up with a single original idea to write about.

I'm generally "good" at fixing mechanical things and construction but only if I am in the mood which is very rare.

Otherwise I have no skill that anyone would say "wow that's awesome" haha

Thanks for the Napoleon Dynamite reference!

I am a master tic tac toe player and feel my greatest asset is my ability to figure out which menu items are the most food for the money. I can fix most things on the farm, but my buddy says thats because I feel bad for tearing stuff up all the time. Thank goodness I have a good parts guy to help out. Thanks VaSlickhead!

Seriously though anyone mechanically inclined can reload if you have the TIME necessary to do a good job. As far as fly fishing I'm ok but learing to read the water and understanding feeding habits has made me a better bait/spin fisher as well. Anyone can fish with streamers and do well.

I've always been jealous of guys that could play an instrument and guys that were machinists before the computer days. How in the world were they able to make a rifled barrel?

All I know is that if I get first move and hit the corner and you don't hit the center on your first move I win. If you get first move and go for the corner and I hit the center my first move then the cat gets it.

....beginner guitar picker for 50 years, bullchit detection specialist, decade plus beginner elk hunter, firearm tinkerer, and work in progress sinner.

I have my favorite job and love being a grandfather. No complaints.

I'm pretty good at fixing cars and trucks, the older the better.
Not so good at carpentry stuff, I can build things but they look like crap.

I can wreck on my mountain bike as well as anyone else can.

I am very good at making the money to hire people to do the things I am all thumbs at. Also can talk to anyone, anywhere about most any subject, never met a stranger, drives my kids nuts.

I admire people who are craftsmen and work with their hands.

I'm really good at being an unsuccessful bow hunter....going on eight years if you don't count the badger, ground squirrels and accidental duck.

I'm also really good at helping my kids with their math homework. :)

I am a pretty decent rifle shot, not bad with a bow either. I enjoy reloading and love to fly fish though my relative skill is subject to some debate. I cook quite often and have been getting more into gardening, canning, dehydrating, etc. I can do most repairs to my vehicles and most simple things around the house.
I am a lousy pistol shot and not much better with a shotgun. Electrical wiring and plumbing is alien to me. I cant sing or dance either but have been known to do both with the right amount libation.
I also have no artistic ability at all.
