Shot well..shot poorly, but got a few birds.

GUNR frustrated me a few times, but amazed me more often (I am sure he could say the same).:D

Opening limit was less than and hour. Three shots, three birds.

Day two I started shooting well, but choked hard trying to get a limit. Still a big dinner.

Day three I missed my limit in the morning, but thankfully GuNR shined and found me birds after a lunch break.

After my missing and his work, he deserved a little break.

Happy pup.

And he gets birds.

I missed the shot of him jumping the creek; just the landing.

Atta boy.

He even pointed a couple birds, too bad I screwed those up. Good times...now bring on the big game.

Love that pic of GuNR, your shotgun and the birds on the log. That one is blow it up, frame it and hang it on the wall quality.
Thanks for sharing.

I have always said that if there is such a thing as reincarnation, I wanted to come back as my wife's dog, not her husband. Looking at your pics every year, coming back as your dog would be about as good as it gets. Great stuff, Craig.

That picture of him resting and the birds by the gun is totally calendar material. You have a gift and a great dog. Thanks

Careful what you wish for Randy!!! :D
