US and Israel attack Iran

I would rather talk about it when it is over there than when it's over here
Agreed...but starting it over there increases the chances we will see impact here.

Anyone else stock up on gas? Between this war and the coming like clockwork rise in prices, the expected jump Monday might last awhile. Wish I had a farm tank to fill!

Just by chance I picked up 100 gallons of red fuel on Friday. Now I wish I had filled one of my 500's. Red fuel was $285. Clear diesel was $4.50 . Thank you gov. newsom

I bought diesel yesterday. Slight jump, maybe 20 or 30 cents over a week. It’s been rising the past two weeks.

My .03 is that if I shoot at you and you shoot back that would be considered a war?
Yah. That's what I mean were one day in if it last 5 days is it a war or a conflict. I feel like all that gets labeled differently all depending on where you get your "news".

Having experienced two tours combat zone of Vietnam and thirty years wearing the US Army uniform, with four years college level ROTC ... I can tell you that the definitions are clear and explicitly determine that Congress is the branch of government which holds authorization and responsibility to "declare war", as written in the Constitution.
However, the distinction means very little with sad regard to the over fifty-eight thousand lives lost to the Vietnam "Conflict", some of whom were my friends!

Plenty I'm sure, whom of which is more I dont know. Like I said, you can get two different answers all depending on where you are receiving the info. Same as most things.
I think its about reality and common sense regarding the psychology of humans. What I know for a fact, I would not have a positive view of another country that killed people I care about. No matter the supposed intention.

Hate is a strong word, but I could get there real easy in this exact situation.

Two different answers and both can be true. Particularly hard when there is no way to measure for an answer. I think we as Americans are asking the wrong question at this point. Just trying to paint a picture we want to believe.

"Death to America".

You weren't alone. I think that "conflict" is one of the reasons I won't argue or discuss politics. If I agree or disagree, I try not to let anyone know. I want to keep the friends I have and damn sure don't need any more enemies.
