The wife made a mistake

and said she would like to take a big vacation for our 10th anniversary. She said maybe I could go on an elk hunt. The only stipulation is that wherever we go there has to be something for her to do. Our 10th won't be for another 4 years so it gives me plenty of time to reaserch. I've never been on an elk hunt and I don't want to pay an arm and a leg. So, if you guys could maybe give me some references of some places I would be most thankfull. And don't forget, there has to be something for women to do besides cook and clean and look through binoculars. It's suppose to be a vacation.

If you hunt New Zealand red stag, I heard there's a jade jewerly factory over there, plus, its real scenic. There's a start, good luck!

I'd look into a DIY type hunt on private land that has cabins and stuff for your wife to do while you're out playing. Talk a friend and his wife into going and you'll be set.
