It's official (pending panel score)!

Mike Gallo hunted with us in New Mexico this year and took a buck that has been officially scored at 95-2/8-inches Boone & Crockett. This would beat the current World's Record held by Dr. David Meyer and Dylan Woods (tie) that score 95-inches.

The Safari Club International score looks to be just over 99-inches. I don't have the scoresheet in front of me so I'm not positive. Had the buck not broken it's left horn it would have broken both the B&C and SCI World's Records.

His body and head look really scrawny, and then I realize its cause his headgear is so huge!!
