That just means that if he lost his hunting privileges in ID, he would also lose privileges in UT. It doesn’t necessarily mean that the judge in ID would consider the trespass misdemeanor as a 3rd offense from other offenses in UT.

I agree, the states could and should receive compensation from influencers who make money from taking the public's wildlife, not just using the public land. The land is still there when they're done filming, the game is gone. Fat chance of that happening in Montana. Last I knew the east side ranchers who set up shop as outfitters don't even have to get an outfitters license. The money raised could be used for enforcement and habitat restoration, both beneficial for the influencers' business.
