Not with a supressor!!
Still looking at almost 20ftlbs of recoil. Lots of people’s shooting falls apart with anything over 15ftlbs

Not with a supressor!!
I just bought a new rifle in 7mmPRC. Put a Scythe Ti suppressor on it and it shoots like a .223! Absokutely no recoil. Thecrifle weighs 7lbs, and I put a Zeiss Conquest 4 4-16x50 scope on it. Over the weight in tge survey but not by muchStill looking at almost 20ftlbs of recoil. Lots of people’s shooting falls apart with anything over 15ftlbs
Why? mtmuleyI looked at the survey results and was scratching my head on how many voted for the .308.
The 308 crept up on me over the decades, literally, after 250 savage, 257 roberts, 260 rem, 6.5x55, (2) 270'sI looked at the survey results and was scratching my head on how many voted for the .308. Im glad the 6.5 PRC made it on the list, but the 7mm PRC did not, nor the 7mm Rem Mag. Nor the .264 Win Mag. Hmmm.
Why not the 7mmPRC, 7mm Rem Mag???Why? mtmuley
If you dont intend to shoot beyond 500 - what for?Why not the 7mmPRC, 7mm Rem Mag???
Good question. I own both, and have always been old school, favoring the alibers that have been around a long time. Both are flatter shooting than the .308. Just started shooting the 7mm PRC with a new rifle. Im impressed by its accuracy. I voted for 6.5mm PRC. A PRC sibling. If you dont intend to shoot beyond 500 - what for?
bummer, she's a beautIt was a 7mm-08, I don't really remember any of the specs on it. It took a long time to sell so I didn't do any more.

Put PRC in there and it would fly off the shelves. mtmuleybummer, she's a beaut
Maybe so. Everyone I know doing retail said this whole year has been slow. Custom work is still thriving. I just let people tell me what they want instead.Put PRC in there and it would fly off the shelves. mtmuley
