Bozeman: is it really that bad anymore?

I learned to eat shell fish at a young age. Mainly BBQ'ed oysters with butter and garlic. I'm sad to admit, I was 41 before i ever had a raw oyster and it was a woman who put me up to it....

but if you visit the Bay Area, look for this company at the SF Ferry building. These folks are my go to when it is time to entertain. i make the Mignonette for the raw and the Chipotle bourbon butter sauce when i BBQ them. No not a relation to the locale in Teton Co, Wyoming
