Looks good. Any Highlife left? mtmuleyPretty easy. I don’t know that it’s any better than the birria recipes I’ve previously done, but in terms of simplicity it ranks right up there
Threw some leftover sauce on my eggs. Pretty good.
What time you be here Dale?

Dammit. I'm 4 plus hours away. I wonder how the bombs would work with a shoulder? It really does look tasty. mtmuley

I have one antelope shoulder I have been hoarding. I know what I'm gonna do. mtmuleyI did birria with the last shoulder I had in the freezer. It was fantastic. Maybe better than a shank.
I’m buying the stuff to try it with a antelope shoulder as we speak.Dammit. I'm 4 plus hours away. I wonder how the bombs would work with a shoulder? It really does look tasty. mtmuley
Give a report please. mtmuleyI’m buying the stuff to try it with a antelope shoulder as we speak.
Seems like a no brainer using shanks, shoulders and neck. (Haha yeah neck roast). I'm excited try it. mtmuleyI've used jarred birria sauce and have made my own birria sauce. Honestly the premade stuff is pretty good and didn't require me to blend a rocket hot mix of tomatoes, onions, and chilies. In these cases I think convenience is a win
