Birria bombs

My wife can make it from scratch and has several times. We usually buy the birria bombs because they are so convenient and nearly as delicious.

 Haven't used a "bomb" but had very good results with this stuff as a starter.

Pretty easy. I don’t know that it’s any better than the birria recipes I’ve previously done, but in terms of simplicity it ranks right up there

Threw some leftover sauce on my eggs. Pretty good.
