Birria bombs

Pretty easy. I don’t know that it’s any better than the birria recipes I’ve previously done, but in terms of simplicity it ranks right up there. Cooked it all night at 250. Added some water back when I shredded it.

Threw some leftover sauce on my eggs. Pretty good.

What time you be here Dale?

I've used jarred birria sauce and have made my own birria sauce. Honestly the premade stuff is pretty good and didn't require me to blend a rocket hot mix of tomatoes, onions, and chilies. In these cases I think convenience is a win

Seems like a no brainer using shanks, shoulders and neck. (Haha yeah neck roast). I'm excited try it. mtmuley
