3 Good Reasons to Smile

The fishing wasn't fast and furious, but what fish I did catch definitely put a smile on my face. I love ice-out fishing even though some days the catching can be pretty slow. Only landed 4 fish in 6 hours of fishing, but when it's fish like this...who cares!

One more, because well, why not? It was a good morning.

Yup everyone of them were caught on a marabou jig, but no two were caught on the same color. Some days they really key in on a particular colors, but nothing was a hot ticket this time.
