They were both still talking about this weekend when I picked them up from school yesterday. The main gist of the conversation was them strategizing what to do when a buck shows up in November!

We used to hunt a few miles from Delaney Park in Washington or Jackson County.
Absolutely loved it around there, but man there was a group that would stay at the cabins and let me tell you.
They shot everything that moved and more than they had tags for.
Game Warden came in and wrote them many tickets.
We ate dinner every night in Salem at a restaurant next to Tractor Supply.
The 14 hour drive got to be too much for group who are all 70+
I love the boys using that H&R Single......357 really did the job?

I am so glad to see the next hunters getting into it.

10Dogs- The 357 out if a rifle has been a very pleasant surprise for me. It's been very effective and the recoil and noise are so low the boys love shooting it. Much easier to start them with it than the 20ga slug gun I started with.
