Apparently I was too stupid to get the message the first 20 thousand times I saw the ads.
I can recite them. I can’t NOT recite them.

I have met and talked with our Governor, not in any political way. Just a normal person, even though he's a millionaire. He was at the Russle art auction, and his wife was with him. Both were very quiet, warm, and seemed very pleasant. And, by the way, there was a little fan fair, and I think he only had two people for protection. He did not get what he was bidding on, if I remember correctly.

That's really all politics have become is just a cult mentality. It's a shame these leaders just can't talk like grown adults but instead just throw insults and dysphoria around to try and make people panic.

TV, my phone, even streaming services......I swear I just don't really want to be AROUND people at all most of the time. I don't care if I agree with you.....I'm NOT interested in discussing anything political with 99% of people because it seems currently impossible for most to separate disagreement with dislike/hate and I am not interested in screaming about ANYTHING. The most disappointing are the people that I KNOW are intelligent (a LOT of folks I went to law school with) and simply refuse to do anything but name call and speak in absolutes Here is a prime example. No secret I am a pretty fiscally conservative guy. On most social things I am VERY libertarian. You do you to the extent it doesn't affect me. I have some very close friends and fraternity brothers who are gay. Great people whom I love. We agree on a lot, disagree on a lot, but care about each other and can understand we are different people with different lives and priorities. I have acquaintances/people I have met who have literally tried to berate some of those folks for even associating with me because we disagree on SOME LGTB issues. Pretty sad.
