Son's first deer!

Very proud dad moment! My son shot his first deer this morning!!!

Would have been proud of any deer he would have shot, but it ended up being a pretty nice buck for his first. Shot it with my AR-15 at 125 yards. Perfect shot placement, the bullet tucked in right behind the front shoulder went through his boiler room and ended up stopping in the opposite shoulder. 55 grain soft point.

Deer dropped right were it stood. Very happy for him.

Hopefully this is the first of many more experiences that we can share together!
