How does it work for NR who are unsuccessful at a Big Game Combo? I assume there will probably be some turned back in from people who were successful on them but didn’t draw their permit, correct? Any idea on when leftovers would typically go on sale?

Good question. A friend of mine was unsuccessful with 1 point for an elk combo but he was already granted a released tag.

I wouldn’t count on it - if there is they’ll go on sale in May . Anything returned this summer/fall will go to folks on an alternates list , sign up for that is June
