Is your mall crawler ready to go?

Did you have the UCAs replaced or were they already on?

Seriously considering adding new UCAs and a set of 2.5” Fox DSC to my pickup. My wife commented on how smooth a Razr was, but neither of us have any interest in one. She was interested in how much a 2.5” remote reservoir setup would improve the ride of the Tundra.
Yes, replaced Rough Country 3.5” set up @ less than 5k. Had same suspension on an ‘18 2500…do recommend.

Dropped the '98 Tacoma off for oil change and slow leak fix. 350,000plus. 3" screw between lugs.
Completely rebuilt underside last fall. Original eng. & trans. All fluids changed. Love the Bilsteins.
It's a blast to drive again.

2001 F150 has 220k now and ready for the year. Oil change and all fluids replaced last year. Bilsteins.
New brakes on both last year too.

Truckin'!!

Just dropped my Raptor off at the Ford dealership. They said it will take three or four days. First trip of the season is next week.

Anyone NOT have cam phaser issues with the EcoBoost? It took 90K miles for mine to shit the bed, but seems that such is a requirement for a 3.5L.

93K on the truck over the course of five seasons. New shocks last year (they are expensive for this rig). New tires in October. Trying to get another season or two out of it.
The wife's 2020 Expedition has 115k and no phaser issues yet but the tranny was another story. Replaced that at 80k to the tune of 8 grand. Leaking heater hose at 100k cost another $1400. Thankfully I drive a Toyota so only one vehicle is a money pit.

My Tundra is going in next week to get some hail dents taken out, fortunately the first body work I’ve had to do. New front and rear Eibach shocks and roadactive suspension HD kit this year added 2” of lift all around and help a lot when towing or hauling heavy. I’ve been very happy with the suspension. Putting a new heavy duty skid plate on in the next week or so to make oil changes easier and replace my bent and broken factory skid plate and some good quality wheel adapters to fit real chains on all 4. Should get another year out of my current brakes and tires. I’ll roll 100,000 miles on her in September, just broken in.

Going to bump up a size when it’s time for new tires?

My mall crawler is back to the body shop today to fix all the stuff they previously “fixed.” I’m almost 2 months since being rear ended and still rocking a rental.

I’m sticking with the 275/70/18s, in either another set or Falkens or Cooper S/T Maxx. I think it’s about the perfect combination of height without being too wide, and I don’t want to lose performance towing or deal with regearing, or make chains more difficult to fit.

Oil done yesterday plus a new drain plug after I nearly rounded off the butter soft old one. The new one didn’t get tightened as much as I usually do

I get it. Elk hunting maybe a little different we used one for our last antelope hunt. Usually I would've never looked into such a thing, worked out great for us and the owner was totally cool with it.
It might get brush scratched driving down FS roads.
