Is your mall crawler ready to go?

Just dropped my Raptor off at the Ford dealership. They said it will take three or four days. First trip of the season is next week.

Anyone NOT have cam phaser issues with the EcoBoost? It took 90K miles for mine to shit the bed, but seems that such is a requirement for a 3.5L.

93K on the truck over the course of five seasons. New shocks last year (they are expensive for this rig). New tires in October. Trying to get another season or two out of it.

Zero issues with my 3.5. August 2020 build date, 129,000 miles as of yesterday. I haven't heard of any cam phaser issues on late 2020 or newer 3.5's. Early 2020 were still in the phaser recall zone.
Oil change every 3k, front/rear diff and transfer case fluids every 30k, Transmission fluid every 30k but now I pull 4qt out and replace with new every other oil change. Plugs/boots at 75k and both belts at 100k.
OH, and a cpl cabin filters..... air conditioning doesn't work too well when that filter is plugged up with road dust.

I have a 2021 RAM with 50K on it. Anyone want to trade a 20-21 Tundra for it? Willing to trade to a higher mile Tundra over this RAM, I just don't have faith in it like I did with the Tundra

They put a sodium chloride brine mixture on the road before winter storms here. I feel like you can see that crap eating a hole in your fender wells.
Yup and beet juice mixture on the bridges. I don't think the beet juice is corrosive but the chloride they mix with it sure is.

No big trips this year so just some regular maintenance and convenience upgrades for me. About to do diff, t case, and transmission fluid changes on the next oil change. Just installed a new head unit with a backup camera and a front clearance camera for trail use. Finally going to get my headache rack built and install some offroad lights. This ol tundra seems pretty happy to be put back to work.

You cant beat gmt400 and gmt800 for reliability and simplicity imo - i wouldnt be at all suprised if you get another 100k out of the engine.
Agree. I put 280,000 on my 4.8. Only got rid of it because the 2nd transmission was going out.

Full replacement. This truck is like a boat (Bring On Another Thou$and) - everything seems to in increments of $1,000.
That was a shock after i bought my tremor with the Fox suspension. Needs rebuilt at around 50,000. Less mileage if you use the truck on crappy roads. Unless you luck out and a shop can rebuild them right there you have to send them off to get rebuilt. I know i cant wait around for weeks without my truck. Im thinking of going with eibachs or ole man emu suspension and getting rid of fox. They are great shocks, just a pain to deal with.

FoxShocks/Cognito UCA,
Did you have the UCAs replaced or were they already on?

Seriously considering adding new UCAs and a set of 2.5” Fox DSC to my pickup. My wife commented on how smooth a Razr was, but neither of us have any interest in one. She was interested in how much a 2.5” remote reservoir setup would improve the ride of the Tundra.
