Is hunttalk social media?

So my wife and I both decided to get off social media for lent. I am only on the gram and will probably just staff off forever. The question though came up (from my wife) that hunttalk is social media. What say you?

I think of hunt talk as more of E-CAMPGROUND complete with thousands of campsites with different "campfire" discussions at each one. Some good some bad some people get their feelings hurt and some never come back. Sure there's a couple under the influence people that can either really f#$& things up (not Jonas) and then there's really great people that could probably be a season champion on jeopardy like @wllm1313 or people like @Ben Lamb who should run for president.

Then there's @Greenhorn which idk what category he is but a legend.

The camp has people from all walks of life

Bottom line it's got decent discussion and that's the difference.

I don’t give up anything for lent, but I do fry fish and drink beer when it’s required to be a good catholic. Like tonight!


I also have my wife convinced that I only eat fish I have caught. So I have to make sure I have enough fish for the Lenten season.
