DAV moose hunt...WOOHOO!!!!!

Good thing I wasn’t beside him when they made that call. I was glassing from 700 yards away and the bull he passed had a really big right side. The left was either broken off or didn’t grow out.

I gotta start suggesting fried moose heart, onions and poppers to inspire John. That bull looked tasty!

He has been broken for a couple of years now, the first year I saw him 4 years ago he was an ok bull, then the following year I saw him his left side was missing. I actually met some other hunters that found his broken left paddle that same year. I have seen him the last two years also and he hasn't had his left side. I don't know what he did to make it not grow back, but if he had both sides he would be a pretty nice bull.
