I take it one has to actually apply to draw in Colorado; that they don't randomly mail those tags to out of staters? Dang, then I guess I didn't draw.

Missed on goat. Got my 3rd preference point so I actually might have a chance to draw a tag next year though.

Desert sheep hasn't been posted yet, maybe I'm the one nonresident to draw this year. Odds were only .27% last year!

BTW, based on # of NR applicants versus # of NR tags issued, the current average wait to draw a Colorado Mt Goat tag is 80 years, and for Rocky Sheep 143 years.

Make plans accordingly !
