Annoying requirements

Why is is some states NM, WYand others, after you draw a tag or license make you then go and buy some POS habitat or land use type of STAMP. Why not just raise the tag price that amount and be done with the paperwork or agent stops to get the stupid thing. What am i missing? too easy?

Probably because if they did it your way, they couldn't raise money by giving citations for not having one.

Maybe that money is garanteed to go to a certain cause and the other money could be swiped by the general state fund.Just a quess and yes it is a pain to time your hunt around finding a place to buy a stamp.

Buzz hole, they just sent me the tag in the mail, i guess they are not smart and efficient enough to offer to send the stamp with it all in one motion. But instead, they send a letter telling me they need to now sell me a stamp. Whiner, maybe, but that is just stupid and a waste of a paper trail. Maybe Wy residents are all stupid from you all the way up the F&G ranks, naw, probably just you and the F&G because only an idiot defends idiots

Hit the first wal-mart you see for your stamp if you cant figure out the internet deal...I hear they sell vagisil cream there too, sounds like you could use a tube.

I am going to need Vagisil, I am hunting with Miller and he gets kind of Bitchy some times. BTW, he agrees with me as well. These things dont need a name on them do they?? if not can I get 2 of them right away and save Miller the trouble?
Walmart is out of the question, it will be a red eye drive more than likely after he picks me up in Billings, got to get the stupid thing before hand. Needt to get the same stupid thing for NM too.... what a fricking waste of time and paper, I hate inefficiency
