2020 Spring Bears Thread

I'll throw my name in the ring with this Wyoming bear I got last Wednesday. A 5'8"ish, pretty darn old sow. Spot and stalk in some good and rugged canyon stuff. Beautiful thick chocolate coat. Shot with my 300 WSM at 323 yrds. First longer poke I've ever taken and I was stoked to see it just dropped right in her tracks.

Praise the Lord! Idaho just green lighted us. Time to fill up the Tundra and the beer cooler.
New suspension, a good stash of white claw, and a semi repaired tipi sounds like the makings of a good trip!

Found out my sleeping pad repair won’t hold air, so it looks like I’m sleeping on the Z lite this weekend...
