This is me recovering my whitetail archery kill. This buck had the fever and went for the big lake.

I took well over 150 pics of that moose. I could not get one with the water coming off his head It was also high noon, not the best light. Still my best camera "Kill" of the year.

I find that bull next year he will get hit with the Wife's new FZ-35!!!!!!!!!!

There is still a few weeks left in 2009 but this will most likely be my last animal of the year. Good hunt with some great friends.

9 days of hunting in the spring, and not a single shooter in the scope.
Two hours of hunting in the fall, and I had killed my best bear.

Definitely didn't feel guilty about the hunt being 'too easy' though.

Great guess. Went home to Ketchikan and spent a week at the cabin on Prince of Whales looking for late season blacktails.
