It appears some landowners are worried "their land" is public ? Marked survey corner with rocks around it making it difficult to step over, a no hunting sign and cellular game cam. I was so scared! Better yet they placed fence posts on state land trying to prohibit access to a two track trail they use daily.

Call the county sheriff about the fence posts on the road.

It’s the smart approach - make sure your circuit court arguments don’t trip up a later SCOTUS argument. Done all the time by sophisticated parties.
