Guess who had convinced his wife to move to ID for the fall/winter/spring to enjoy the state and buy some lifetime hunting licenses. Fair enough they changed the rules.

I personally know of three people that have done this in Idaho alone. Several others in other states. Im glad they closed this loophole, even as a resident of another state.
