US and Israel attack Iran

If Harris had won, Dems would be in full support of action in Iran and conservatives would be against it. We don't think with our hearts, we think with our hate.
Do you really think Harris is pressing that button?

I don't, but I thought that was one of her faults.

Two things that I struggle with are, 1. What amount of truth is in the claims that they were "very close" to having nukes? How did it get this close? 2. What now?

@Nameless Range, I don’t disagree with your assessment as to this administration blatantly saying one thing and then doing whatever the hell they want.
Serious question though, hasn’t every administration done the same thing? Certainly not as overtly with the messaging but in actions that are contrary to the best interests of Americans I see a pattern of the powerful perpetuating their agendas and corruption and their “team” supporting their actions.

The state of the union is not healthy. We are an empire in decline from the corruption of a thousand cuts.

I agree with you we need to be vigilant as hell through the course of this administration and IMO we’re going to need that same vigilance for administrations to come.

In my opinion as a nation of constituents we have blindly trusted our representatives to implement values we have not comprehended without holding them accountable for actions that were in violation of our intentions. We were mesmerized by the color of our teams uniforms rather than upholding the best principles of the values that initially justified the difference in parties as a nation of common goals with disagreements on the best course to achieve them.

To the bolded, yes.

But I think this administration takes it to a new level. Corruption, hypocrisy, lies…indefensible indecency. We can only race to the bottom so long till we splat.

One can curse the partisans of the last 30 years, and see the brokenness in both sides - fingers pointed at the insanity of other to justify their own - but there’s some real lines being crossed as of late. Things that four, eight, twelve years ago would’ve been scandalous defeaters are now just shrugged off.

Be it aeronautics, firefighting, scuba diving, etc, the Normalization of Deviance is a progressive path to tragedy. We’ve seen the aberrance of American leadership over and over, but things keep on chugging and so we don’t realize how deep the shit we might be in is, or how far we have fallen, and I believe we should be more concerned than ever before.

I am not going to make any more comments on this thread besides this one. I don't think many here would say they want the USA to get into this but the big question is does the USA keep ignoring the elephant in the room? Iran has literally said many times they will wipe Israel and western countries off the map.... I think the term ashes was used as well. Do you ignore this and let Iran, a country run by radical Islam get nuclear weapons? This is the same country supplying weapons to other radical Islam terrorists. That is the question. Iran isn't the same as other Muslim/Islam countries such as Saudi Arabia, they are not even close when it comes to the terrorism support Iran does.

Here is a simple act of civil disobedience. Tomorrow go to HR and change your payrol withholding to the minimum. If you are 1099 don't do your quarterly, wait and pay the penalty Ya, it'll sting next year, but if enough people make this simple gesture (causing tax rolls to decline substantially) maybe by some miracle, these clowns might realize how unpopular their decisions are.
Or, we could try the Freeman/Bundy strategy but I'm not really keen on having my door kicked in.

Serious question are we actually in a war right now? I guess that depends on who you ask and what they're definition is.
Trumps post on FB this morning called it a war. They have been pretty careful to not use that word.

I am fearful of what this has done to erode our constitution. The entire Congress should be up in arms.

Wars used to be a money maker. At the end of Vietnam we made big $$ moving surplus from the US bases around the country. I don't think anyone is going to make much $$ from this one.

Wars will always be a money maker for the grifters that start them. The central bankers that make $ off the debt, Lockhead martin, boeing, Palantir, open AI/etc, some factions of healthcare, construction, logistics and many more.

Governments spend Trillions of $, that money goes somewhere and lots of it aint to the damn soldiers putting their lives on the line.

Congress is owned by the same evil fooks that trump is. They dont want to step out of line.

Less close than Iraq was to having WMDs. White House's website still has this up:

I believe Trump would have likely been "regime changed" if he didn't do the zionist's bidding on this one. Whether that be getting JFK'd/Kirk'd or release of blackmail material. Makes me sick.

As divided as this country is, the one thing that seems to be uniting democrats, republicans, and in between, especially those under 50ish, is a distrust of Israel and a concern that the politicians they’ve voted for are maybe controlled a bit too much by a country besides America.

They've been "weeks away" for 33 years. They were no closer now. Reporting the day prior to the strike was that Trump had already decided to attack but hadn't decided what the end goal was, and that seems pretty consistent with public statements since then. Is it the nuclear program (that was already obliterated), is it the killing of protesters that he said had stopped, is it regime change? Seems pretty bass-ackwards to decide on the action and then figure out the objective, but par for the course with these clowns.

How and why does Isreal have so much sway on America???

Zionists control investment banks (which in turn own the biggest corporations), the federal reserve, the media, AI, google, facebook, tik tok (After being basically force sold from dangerous China to zionists), and countless other influences.

Did you know Ghislane Maxwell is the daughter of infamous Israeli intelligence tied Robert Maxwell? And Robert maxwell merged with McGraw-Hill which seemed to control all of the textbooks i was educated with. We've been programmed.

Edit to add: Donald Rumsfeld as secretary of defense once famously said, "I dont even run my own building, Mossad does". I believe that was 2002, early in the GWOT.
