Trips for 2014

I'll be west some where archery hunting elk in Sept. Four years ago was my first trip out west to hunt Elk and as most of you are aware it's an addiction from that first day.... I said then ill do this every year until I collapse and have made the trip the last 4yrs. Also, I may be in on a spring bear hunt in MT. Good luck to all in 2014 I hope it's everyone's best year of hunting yet.

No major hunting trip except for Turkeys in Ky,

I am planning another long bike ride. Iowa, Denver, Albuquerque, Dumas Tx, New Orleans and a few stops on the way back up the road to Md. I hope to get some good pic's for painting.

Where you going to be in Idaho?

We are going to stay in Jackson Hole, Wyoming for 4 days, so me and dad plan on getting away 1-2 days to check out Tex Creek and maybe the Bear River zone. Then we are staying 2 days in Missoula, Montana and renting a car for them so they can shop while we check out some of the Salmon zone. Fortunately, my mom and my wife are content to just find something to do while we are out running around. I'm sure their shopping could put a damper on mine and Dad's hunting budget though!
