And just what part was racist? Do you mean the comment about the black athletes being overpaid and not having proper discretion on how they spend their money and the way they surround themselves with their bruthas? Show me where that is not a true statement! Have you noticed that professional sports, especially football and basketball are dominated by black players, and all of them white or black or definitely overpaid and very few of them know how to handle their wealth in a responsible manner. Here recently there seems to have been more incidences of black athletes having run ins with the law, and being arrested for DUI and domestic abuse, so the facts speak for themselves. If it's racist to speak the truth, then hell yeah, I'm a racist! I don't subscribe to the Obama and Holder view point that blacks can commit no wrong, and only whites are ever at fault; ie. Zimmerman vs. Martin is a prime example!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also, how can a pro hunting site, NOT be a pro gun site? I didn't realize that every fugger on here is supposed to be an archery hunter and no one is supposed to be pro gun. You fuggin' liberals kill me with your sanctimonious bull shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So if you feel the athletes are overpaid, where should the money we throw at them go? More for the owners, so they can manipulate the unbelievably talented .01% of our citizens? Its going to go to the the product or the owner of the product either way, might as well be the ones providing the entertainment. Its the same accross the entertainment industry, it appears you might be jealous of them darky's athletic talent, and salary.
You are the only "acquintance" I have from SC, and I'm very glad I've never been there. I'm even rethinking my friendship with people from Georgia and Virginia. Seems awefully close to you. The possibilities scare me...

Josh Brent, the drunk driver in this case, went to the same high school my kids will attend, and played for "my" college team, until he ran out of second, third and fourth chances and was kicked off. The kid comes from a very bad situation, and I feel very bad for all the people, from the Priests at Bloomingon Central Catholic, to the teachers, to the coaches, to the other football player's families, who got him out of a really bad situation at public high school and practically adopted the kid when his mom couldn't take care of him. The Coaches at the University of Illinois gave him chance after chance, got his 2008 DUI suspended (fairly common in IL if you have a good attorney), only to be followed by a 2009 DUI where he spent 30 days in jail over the summer. Then got him into a community college after his failure to even attend class resulted in being kicked out of U of I. He got drafted in the NFL Supplemental Draft (couldn't wait for the regular Draft) because he was out of college options, after failing at the community college.
There is no racial component here, regardless of RThomas' assertion. This is an example of a kid who comes from a really F-ed up situation, where people bent over backward to help him, gave him more chances than he probably deserved, and he continued to screw up. Some people are just wired wrong, and there is no helping it. Not sure what the legal situation is in TX. In a just world he would spend serious time in prison. However, with overcrowding, etc. that probably won't happen.

Similar story to another Dallas Cowboy who played for my college team, Dez Bryant. Guy was a clown in college and finally got kicked out and has done the same stupid things in Dallas. Seems like Dallas is a mecca for idiot athaletes. Guys like Irvin, Pacman, Newton, Owens, etc..
I few years ago I stopped watching NFL games becasue of it.

It is a Pro-Hunting site, and, many of us in the hunting community have tried to improve the image of hunters in the Public's eye and try and distance ourselves from racists and others who make hunters look poorly.
And yes, most everything I have to say is relevant, and you would serve yourself well to pay attention and perhaps become a benefactor of some skoolin'.
Is calling out racism a liberal position?
