The Great HT 2026 weigh in.

Weigh in @ DR office, 186#s.
Long consult with surgeon talked me out of umbilical hernia surgery. She is concerned I could suffer damage later, easier.

No new or growing cancers.

Tomorrow is eye check up 2 yrs post surgery. Should be 20/15 still.

I earned my blueberry pie tonight.

I haven't joined in on this until now. I started getting much more serious about weight loss a couple years back. At that time I was over 285. Over the last couple of years I have gotten down to 248. I hit 248 3/4/26. However, I had a health issue that kept me out of the gym and made it hard to do a lot of movement for the last 6 weeks. Over that time, my eating got away from me too. I got started back at the gym today and am back on track with eating. The scale read 256 this morning. Here's to being 25+lbs lighter by archery season. Good luck to everyone else on their health goals and keep it up!

I Added back three days of running to my gym workouts and am down 6 pounds. Im hovering in the 195 zone today. I lift five days a week and Im sure i will sacrifice some strength to the running, but I have to get my cardio game back on for turkey season

Had a Dr appointment yesterday. 259.3lb fully clothed. BP 125/77. I have another tomorrow for my annual physical and labs.
Still aiming for 230 lbs by hunting season. I'm walking my 6 mile loop most days now and seeing progress.
Awesome! Keep it up

Weight inching up in the 160’s but averaging about 6 good workouts per week. Feeling great, diet slightly more relaxed, still eating very clean overall.
