The Great HT 2026 weigh in.

185,steady.
CT scans showed no new or growing cancers. Nothing abnormal in glands and such. All organs "unremarkable".
Chest clear, lungs show some scarring in base....from almost drowning & pnomia & bronchitis bouts years ago.
Bone density has me @ 5% chance of large bone break,7% on hip. Excellent for 71.
Dr. office called Fri. to change chat a week....other meeting. Guess my appt. for 5 months does not count...lol

A few ?'s, not many.
 
196 this morning. I lift four days a week and have for the last three years. spring through fall I add trail running three times a week. Im sure I will shed some fat and muscle when the weather here finally breaks. First day in close to three weeks where we will get above freezing
 
Wife and I are both focusing on our health this year (she made ME homemade cookies/cookie dough Sunday). We also bought the Hume Health Pod body scan tools.

Current weight is 245 and goal weight is 215, but I would like to not lose any muscle mass. This would bring me from 25.8% body fat to 15.5%. Wish me luck.
