Lots of rain over the 4th weekend, but one can still play on turf. Spent most of Saturday and Sunday watching my oldest and his buddies go 5-0 and win the Fourth Fest baseball tourney!

We spent the 4th with some friends in Wisdom, Montana. They have the best parade in the States, in my opinion. It's mostly old tractors, horses, Park Service, Forest Service, some nice vintage cars and a few ATV's but it's an incredible experience to watch an entire town turn out and celebrate their community and their love of country & place. A late edition to the parade was a rather large mobile home and two lovely elderly folks from Florida who were trying to get through town. They looked a little apologetic from the cab, but they got the loudest applause of the audience and even stopped to say hi at the end.

Love that little town.
