Go with the 7. Nothing in NA I wouldn't hunt with one. It does what the other does and a slight reduction in recoil/bullet weight and a bit flatter trajectory.

Only heathens shoot .30 cals, everyone knows that. Your vocabulary is large enough to demand the .284.

I use a 7mm mag so one more vote there. I have shot a 300 win mag and it kills on both ends!

What ever one you have the most bullets for? That seems to be how it plays out in my house anymore. Right now it looks as if I may be taking a 260 brown bear hunting this weekend. :(

7 Mag, if I had to choose between those two, but I've retired &/or sold off all my Mags. (7mm & 338) In doing so I became a better hunter... my shots placed better, easier, and the game just as dead, just as quick.
