The one in the boat was about 18-20 inches long , the one in the picture is a little longer .

It kept going under the seat and it was like whack a mole for a hot second, or three . Lol I used a bucket of water to flush it out , then grabbed it .

This one I almost stepped on .
I was burning palm fronds next to the rim canal and as I was raking the coals I looked at where my foot was going , I swear I levitated over it .
It sadly did not survive the encounter.
