The question seems to be should you report something if you think it's a violation of law. The correct answer is YES. Law Enforcement is shorthanded everywhere in the good old USA. They need citizens to step up and do the right thing by reporting the suspected violation. The LEO will make the determination if it is a violation and should investigate. Yes, we all have had the time where you feel they didn't do a darn thing. In some cases that is true or in other cases it was handled correctly but no follow up to you the complainant. That should not happen, but it does. A follow up call by you can answer your question. In my position at the CCSO I did field calls from the public regarding these types of issues. I would get the report and talk to the Deputy and then the caller. They would find what was done on their complaint and the why it was handled the way it was. Communication is the key!

Yea and the front says Jesus is watching. My wife said yeah He was watching him break the law! My only hold back on reporting this guy is that I have made mistakes as well. There is a great possibility this guy doesn’t even know these are illegal. Alot of people I talk to don’t know these are illegal.
