The force is strong to pick up a Kimber Montana 7-08 on GunBroker NIB from a reputable source. Buy Now at 160 under MSRP.

...too much, about right? Does anyone have any experience negotiating with sellers on GB?

PM's welcome also.

Since I'm spending your money, I say JUMP! At that price, I doubt you'll lose much if you have to flip it. If it doesn't shoot a rebarrel wouldn't, IMO, be out of the question. You couldn't build one similar for like coin.

Be sure that you can't find the gun for a similar price elsewhere. I like to use BudsGunShop as a reference for retail pricing and they often offer a discounted price for cash customers and ship free

You should spend that money on a nice Smith & Wesson Revolver. Like a 6 inch Model 29. Or a custom shop Model 629 w/ a good Leupold scope.

Or a 3" 66

Or a nice M48.

You don't need another rifle, do you?

Let us know how it shoots.

I've been doing the same thing with a classic select. I'm having a hard time spending that much on wood before I hold it though.

IMO for what it's worth I don't think most of the regulars on here NEED another rifle. I'm not in most of your leagues and I don't need another one lol. If it's in the budget I say jump I f your on the ledge. I won that rifle at a game dinner here in300 wsm and its a sweet rig......

2nd on Buds ..bought a Browning Maxus from them, best price I could find, easy to deal with, shipped on time.

I have bought several guns from gunbroker and always found them to be in the condition as advertised.
