NASCAR Fantasy League, any interest?

OK, looks like it's the 4 of us. Hope everyone has their picks made! Good luck and may the best Ford win!

One down already! Byron got turned and hit the inside wall. Hmm, let's see... Yep, one of us had him on his team. But it's early and lots of racing to go. He won't be the only one out. He'll just have the least amount of points.

Bench drivers are just that. Benched. No points are given for their finishes. The only points for bench drivers that DO count would be qualifying points. For instance, if you had Harvick and Logano for your A team picks and they qualified 1st and 2nd, one of them would have 10 bonus points and the other 5. You could only start one so the other would be benched. That driver's bonus points would be added to your score at the end of the race and no other points would count no matter where he finished. Plus, only your starting drivers would count towards the 8 race season limit.

That's why we make our picks before the entries lock. Qualifying comes after that. THEN we can switch drivers to start or bench them depending on what we feel after they qualify. Takes out the cheating of picking the top 5 all the time just for bonus points. Daytona has no qualifying points due to the way they do it, and any race that has qualifying rained out and the starting positions set by points will also give no bonus points. Next week's race will have a time shown to have your entries made by. Then after that you will have normally about 5 minutes or so until the race starts to switch drivers around.

Clear?

Thanks! That’s what I took away from the rules, just wanted to make sure I didn’t overlook anything... (had Byron) 😂

Just hoping Joey gets around Busch! My score this week won't be that good Daytona is always a tossup.
