That is really cool Nick! Thanks for sharing... Your right, that is one uggggly fish! (that humpback salmon) Taste wise... I would imagine pretty darn good? Fishing wise, nothing beats halibut for myself - one day, I hope to make a trip to alaska for a halibut fishing event.
