Killin' ditch-parrots

Got out for the weekend with GuNR to find some exotics. Cold hunting, but fun times. GuNR did a great job finding a couple birds deep in the cattails.

Back at the pick-up.

Picked up another limit this morning. Temps in the teens, but the wind was a killer.

Guess his sack got a little cold on the rock waiting for me to hit the remote shutter.

Great stuff. I think all people and dogs might get a cold sack while sitting on a frozen rock, waiting for the timer to go off.

GuNR is a lucky dog to be picked from the litter by you.

Hunting partner gifted me a few birds as well. Guess I better get busy. GuNR's eyes are a little sore from the cattails and bulrush, but I think he is a happy puppy.

Great pics Miller. I took Zepplin out to day for some colored shickens and once again was skunked with him. Either he isn't that good, or Wisconsin sucks, or both.
