Hells Canyon Elk

Headed out in the am for the southern end of hells canyon. Have not hunted this area since '06 so I am hoping my spots are still good. Elk seem to be plentiful this year in idaho so I am hoping to harvest my first and a Bull to boot. Excited to be out of cell service. Dragging my boss and his daughter along with a friend joining next week. Hoping to get myself and her a first elk. Going to try to sit and glass a lot as I am usually very active and probably hike too much. Will try to drive out occasionally and update on the 8 day hunt.
