I’ve never really understood why people care so much about who the commentators are. I just like watching football. Don’t care who’s calling the game.

I always get a laugh out of people that say the NFL is only full if thugs and guys that are on the wrong side of the law. Yeah, a small number are. But there are a lot of players doing good with what playing football allows them to do. And I bet most goes unnoticed. mtmuley

I’ve had two older guys tell me recently that they used to love the NFL, but they stopped watching years ago when players started showboating. I told them to get out here with that crap. They were never fans if something as simple as that made them stop watching.

He is the son of renowned sportscaster Jack Buck...Joe is worth 35 mil. I truthfully don't get the animus for he and Troy.

Troy I agree, i find him to be fair and gracious...Buck too often presents an air of superiority and puts too much emphasis on things that personally bother him.
