I struggled to get through Montana’s plan not sure I got 77 pages of Wyoming plan in me. Give me the high points? Montana plan simplified is to keep deer density’s low and kill the mature bucks because they are more likely to have it.

One recc. is to take certain deer herds down by 50 % and to take more mature bucks, think November seasons.
I had heard the recc to reduce deer herds by 50% and have some November rut hunts to reduce the mature buck population and get better sampling. Interesting as the area around Sybille is mostly private and that won't fly with landowners there. Glad to hear the participants do not favor that plan or making a new license for CWD funding.
