How long does it take for the refund if I'm just in for PP for elk/deer? Late April, early May?

My credit card cycle is full with Wyoming and New Mexico apps right now. I already had to pay my balance a week early to fit my New Mexico apps in there.

Going to wait until after this credit card cycles then send in my Colorado stuff. When all the refunds start coming out I end up not having to make a credit card payment for 2 or 3 months.

Have to send in my goat and sheep tags with the paper application still, I don't understand how they can't get that online yet.

AZ, CO, UTard, MT, life membership to the RMEF and dinner for 6 at the upcoming banquet (not to mention the extra $$$ going to the ladies in low cut shirts and shorter skirts with raffle tickets), oh and check to Ogden UT next month too.

I think I'd get a better ROI driving a new chevy/ford/chrysler midsized sedan off the lot than sending my money to Ogden.

Just put in for points only deer and elk. Sucks this time of year with taxes also being do in April.

Totally new to this,... So, can you put in for points only, or do you have to apply for a very hard unit to draw, and assume you won't get it, then get a refund of part of your $ and a point when you don't draw it? If that's the case, what unit should I apply for if I just want to start aquiring elk and deer points?? like, 1, 2, 201 for elk? what unit's for deer? thanks for helping a newb!
