I just saw these the other day. Never used them. You should give us a field evaluation.
Have to drive 45 miles to Missoula. Next time down there I will get some. Sure looks good. mtmuley

This thread just reminded me I put a shank in the fridge on Thursday.
Neck roast is thawing in the fridge for this and I’m ready to toss it in the crock pot. Super easy meal, the family eats it, and it’s a nice change from the usual ground‑meat tacos. Not quite the local Mexican spots, but good enough. I just grab whatever seasoning packets I see at the store or online and roll with it.
