Bone in just fried chicken thigh, fresh white bread, mayo puckey...a slice of roma tomato w/coarse black pepper & sea salt applied.

Bite strategy involved but bone in just tastes beter.

Maybe better than deli beef bologna.

I don’t know NHY. I tend to align with you on everything, but the bone-in option is a head scratcher for me.

When I approach a sandwich I want to unhinge the jaw and with reckless abandon go in with a borderline embarrassing bite. I can’t pull that off while playing Russian roulette with a thigh bone.

Plus if watching YouTube food porn has taught me anything, the sandwich crosscut is almost as important as the taste. You aren’t getting a good crosscut on a bone-in.

Try it, thank me later...good to the last bite

I’m going to agree on the chicken thigh as it’s probably my favorite piece of a chicken, but a bone-in sandwich is weird to me. Like if I have a pork chop sandwich, I’d hope it’s a boneless chop at that point. I’m going to have to try it NHY and see if my mind can be opened.

There's a spot in South Jersey that has a fried chicken thigh sandwich, you order by the thigh and they slap in on the bun in front of you and pull the bones out 👌

Anything is on the table when it comes to sandwiches. The while point of it is finding the most delicious delivery method of all of the best things out there combined into one bite.

What about pitas or Tortillas opens up a whole array of new options.
