Anybody Buying Yet? Where’s the Bottom?

Believe I heard the other day that we are paying more for the interest on the debt than we are for the entire military, or medicare, or Social security outlays.
And rates aren’t really even that high. At least not high enough for the average American to buy a 5yr bond and feel good about it. Dip-buying in equities is the new normal. This whole thing could go arse over tit in a heartbeat. Welcome to the job Kevin Warsh.

Still fitting farrr beyond what I expected. Bound to be a correction to prompt some great flush of $.

What was it when the crickets chirped for the sky is falling crowd? I suppose i could look it up though I doubt chicken Littles are complaining, looking at their $... I don't mind eating shoe leather though I've put up my $ pre... inclusive of inflation , this market is on fire.

Reality: extremists place farrr too much belief a single President will alter the mammoth whales that keep the "Green Machine" rolling. Sure some crap may play a few points AND what does that equate to? BUYING opportunities!

I care not who is President. The current dumbo or the potential jackass that takes his place... again the Market is far greater, globally than the chicken Littles seek to portray.

As long as the government decides how much and when to print money and the rich people control the government, the bias in the stock market is going to be up 2 out of 3 days or better.

Individual companies may vary with in the market just as individual people's success will vary with in a society. It doesn't mean an economy is tanking any more than seeing a homeless bum on the street means an entire society is a failure.

Square buildings where people work, I guess. I’m sure it is a broad category. I know they put Healthcare in its own bucket.
Yah i figured as much, is that distribution centers, stores, etc? Don't remember the last time I was on an actual office complex. Especially with all the work from home shift the last few years.

From my perspective in finance, there is still an enormous amount of general office vacancy associated with Covid-19. A material percentage of people never went back to working from the office, and companies also downsized and consolidated office space.

Yes, we've been on several projects where we've been demoing them and replacing them with data centers, distribution centers, hospitals, etc.
