Sure glad my Father didn't have that mindset. I may have had to wear sears tough-skins to school instead of levis, but he made every single one of my sports events and took us hunting, fishing, and camping every weekend.

It makes it aggravating at times. Some people will never figure it out either unfortunately they spend what they make regardless. Don't get me wrong I'm not Dave Ramsey but at a certain point it doesn't really matter anymore.

Yep.

Older people sometimes get butt-hurt by young people job hopping etc, but I think that is a fair reaction to changes in the company/employee dynamics seen over the last few decades.

Loyalty is a two-way street.
 
I think we should start another thread so that people can continue to prove they don't know how to run a business, while telling people who do, how to run their business.
