I just got fatter... and I don't regret it.
May have to have a little scoop tonight. 87 degrees with 70% humidity outside at noon today! The grass is still wet! Work a little and come inside to cool off and get a drink. Guess the elliptical is going to get used today.

207 and absolutely stuck there. Just can't get any lower. I don't even eat much! The only time I consider having ice cream is if I cut back on everything during the day ahead of time. I keep it down to just a small scoop. It's finally not 1000 degrees out so maybe I'll get some wood split for the smoker and burn off some more calories!
It’s here, further north. The Mountain Huckleberry is my favorite. Will have to give the marionberry another try. No Krogers nearby though so I’m at the whim of the local grocery monopoly.
Found a place here in Illinois that says it has the Marionberry. I'll hit it on my way home this fall. Close enough to home to stick in the cooler and not melt.
