Asked Big Fin if i could post this to ensure i am following the rules. Big Fin said it was ok.

My family is parting with 1 of 2 elk hunting properties (can't keep up with 2). Honestly had a hard time deciding between the 2. This one is up for sale... 80 acre secluded inholding surrounded by Rio Grande National Forest and State Wildlife Area. More info at sanmiguelcabin.com. The link is best on desktop (vs phone). Nonresidents can draw archery every year. Have never had a year where we didn't have at least 1 good shot at a bull. There are some real nice elk in the area... year round. Please contact me via the webpage contact page if you are seriously interested. Functional 480 sqft off-grid cabin on property...sleeps up to 8.

Uh, a hunting shack WITH A ZIPLINE.
indeed! Although at my age, not into the zip line any more... after driving 24 hours from out of state to hunt for a few days, it is very nice to sleep very comfortably and wake up right in their back yard. 2 years ago my son opened the front door before dawn and a large whiff of elk (your either love it or hate it) came right into the cabin...

You posted this in the right place given all the millionaires floating around this place. Nice property. good luck on the sale.
There are also a lot of savvy DIY type people that after seeing the posting and all the nice elk/deer photos, went to onX and found the property and discovered some pretty easy public land access to the same wildlife. 80 acres isn't going to exactly hold them to that spot

Took me 45 seconds to find and drop a pin on OnX.

Nice spot, it will sell.

You're saving this as a honey hole? Perhaps the OP should delete this from the internet...I wonder how many people will go archery hunting near this place this year?

Maybe 😉

But no, I didn't. Though OP is selling their hunting spot, droping exact locations with trail cam pics isn't the best of ideas in terms of spot burning. Great sellimg strategy though!
