I just got an email with my results.

If I had drawn anything I would have been stunned. Didn't have a single app with better than 3% odds, thus a lot of "unsuccessful," as expected. So, it's now up to Wyoming or Nevada.

Was looking forward to the general deer tag and about had a heart attack when I scrolled father down and seen elk results.

That's been my 1st choice since drawing it way back in 1997, but backed off this year after reading many dismal reviews. Hope you have luck there.

First thought when you see something other than unsuccessful, is you made a mistake on the application. I typically put little thought into my Utah app choices with such a low expectation to draw.

got my email just a bit ago,,and thought i had a real good shot for the s w desert north hams late elk hunt,,got a no go,,thats ok,saved $1950 plus a hunting licence price,,,good bye utah,i am done with them now.
